Looking for a sweet companion that is just the friendliest little fluff ball of fun, but also loves his snuggles and cuddles?! We would like to introduce you to the adorable "Teddy Bear" Shichon. They are also hypoallergenic and considered non-shedding, the perfect house pet!
Shichon Description:
A Teddy Bear Shichon or Zuchon is an intentional cross between a Shihtzu and a Bichon Frise creating an F1 Hybrid. The offspring brings out quality traits from both parents! Our AKC purebred puppy parents have healthy bloodlines and excellent personalities. The outcome of these qualities have resulted into sweet, smart, loving puppies!
Shichon Temperament:
The Shichon temperament will be that of a cuddly, gentle attitude from the Shihtzu, and then the loving to please, lively, charming spirit from the Bichon Frise.
Our Teddy Bear puppies are easily trained with dedication and love! They greet you with a smile and rarely have a bad day. While each Teddy Bear pup is unique, we have found this to be the normal behavior with our Shichon puppies.
The Shichon is a wonderful family pet! They get along well with other dogs or animals, and make a great companion for children!
Bichon Frise:
The Bichon Frise is known for their charming little puffs of personality and are also fun-loving and carefree. The Bichon Frise is smart and easy to train! They love to please and take well to positive reinforcement and treats. They can be taught advanced tricks to entertain friends and neighbors. They require a moderate exercise and do very well with children. Bichons have minimal hair shedding and pass this on to their puppies.
Shih Tzu:
Shihtzus are known for their sweet-natured calm and cuddly temperament. They can tend to be a bit stubborn in training but can succeed in agility and obedience competitions. They also create beautiful colors, and take credit for the signature face mask. Shih Tzu's require minimal exercise and are happy to lay in your lap.
Shichon Appearance:
How your Shichon puppy looks and coloring will depend greatly on the parents genetics. Our puppies for sale weight range is from 9 to 14 pounds as adults, based on past litters and parents weights.
Other options may vary too. The option of having a more curly coat of a Bichon Frise, or the soft coat a Shihtzu. Either way, the Shichon puppy you decide to adopt is going look like a little "Teddy Bear" with a cuddly yet fun-loving demeanor!
